I wanted to share a short update and speak honestly for a moment.
For many years, I’ve had the privilege of photographing newborns and families here on Long Island. Being present, reachable, and responsive has always mattered so much to me, which is why this experience was difficult — and why I wanted to share it openly.
Over the past few months, I ran into an unexpected issue with my Google Business profile and email that caused some messages not to reach me. During that time, my Google Business profile was permanently removed, and with it, many years of client reviews. Losing those reviews was especially hard, because they weren’t just feedback — they were real words from families I had the honor of working with.
If you reached out during that time and didn’t hear back, I am truly sorry. It was never intentional, and I completely understand how frustrating that must have felt.
I’m happy to share that everything is now resolved. Communication is fully restored, and my Plainview studio is running smoothly again. I’m once again able to connect with families the way I always have.
This experience reminded me how much the relationships I build with my clients mean to me. I’m deeply grateful to every family who has trusted me to photograph their newborn and preserve such a fleeting season of life.
