Newborn photography requires a specialized skill set and a calm, intentional approach. For photographers who want to learn how a newborn session is done from start to finish, I offer one on one private newborn photography mentoring in my Plainview, New York studio.

These hands-on sessions are ideal for both established photographers expanding into newborn photography and those just starting out. You will learn how to run a smooth, safe, and successful newborn session while creating consistent, polished images.

During the workshop, we cover lighting, newborn posing on a table and beanbag, prop posing, shooting at the correct angles, wrapping and calming techniques, parent and sibling posing, full newborn workflow, and Photoshop editing.
